Email Settings for POP, IMAP, and SMTP

USA BoxMail users can access POP, IMAP, and SMTP services through authentication with their username
and password. For your security, we require that all users access these services through the secure TLS protocol.

USA BoxMail provides the email services but does not provide direct assistance with the configuration of a user's devices and/or email programs. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their devices and those of their users are correctly configured to use our services.

Simultaneous Connections

In order to maintain a high level of service, we place limits on the number of simultaneous connections that a single
account can perform from a specific IP address..

  • IMAP (50 connections allowed)
  • POP3 (10 connections allowed)
This limitation comes into play when a large number of connections are made by the same username.
Users reaching this limit, will receive an error message in your email client.
